Sunday February 14^th,  at the Quartz in Brest , the first round of the 61^st Championship of Brittany for Bagadoù in the first category took place. It was set in an area of southern Cornouaille. 

Bagad Kemper, directed by Steven Bodenes,  played a bigouden tune and was ranked second with a score of et 16.65 , nine hundredths of a point from bagad Cap-Caval (ranked first with a score of 16.74). Bagad Bro Kemperle finished the stage (with a score of 16.37).

The championship is therefore totally open and suggests a second round keenly contested for at Lorient’s Festival Interceltique. The performance Saturday August 07, 2010 on the Moustoir stage to find out the next champion of Brittany.
